Services provided by Skyline Hypotheken can be implemented in various ways, depending on wishes and possibilities. The guideline that we use to give a correct interpretation to the process is:

  1. Introduction
  2. Inventory
  3. Analysis
  4. Solution (advice)
  5. Mediating
  6. Aftercare

  1. Introduction
The introductory meeting is entirely without obligation. During the interview we would like to hear what your wishes are. We outline the main objectives, risk appetite, knowledge, experience and financial position. In this conversation we make clear what our services entail and whether this method suits you. Based on this conversation, we make an estimate of what we can do for you and what the costs are.
  2. Inventory
The adviser will obtain information from you about your knowledge and experience in the field of mortgages. He also takes stock of your financial position, objectives and risk appetite. All insofar as relevant for the preparation of appropriate (mortgage) advice. This is only possible if the consultant receives sufficient information from you as a customer. This is demonstrated by the right papers, such as payslips, contracts and insurance. You will also be asked to identify yourself by means of a valid passport or identity card. We often choose to add an extensive overview of this to the appointment confirmation for the introductory meeting. In this conversation, when possible, more information is generally provided about the possible mortgage constructions.
  3. Analysis
In the analysis phase we translate, using our calculation software, the relevant information (such as the objectives, risk appetite, knowledge and experience) into the possibilities for a mortgage. We then work out the possibilities that match your situation in figures by making calculations based on your data. We also look at future (possible) changes to your financial situation. This includes pensions, death, disability and unemployment.
  4. Solution (advice)
In this phase, the adviser indicates which mortgage construction fits in well with the results of the analyzes based on all the information collected and fits the situation and wishes of the client. The tax aspects of the advice are also taken into account. The advice is explained in understandable language to the customer and given on paper. An extensive statement of reasons will be written with the advice explaining why these solutions have been chosen. If you agree with the advice, you can sign for the reasons. If you wish to deviate from this, this will be noted in the file.
  5. Mediating
Once you and the adviser have reached an agreement regarding the mortgage advice, mediation will be started. The adviser sends applications to financial institutions in accordance with the analysis and the advice. The consultant checks the quotes and discusses them with you, after which they can proceed to signing. The adviser then takes care of the entire file and keeps in touch with you and the financial authorities. In addition, contacts with parties such as the notary, appraiser and purchasing and / or selling broker are maintained to ensure that the process is structured.
  6. Aftercare
In addition to the legal aftercare, it is possible to be fully relieved by choosing our comprehensive aftercare (Service Subscription Financial Whole). You can count on this to ensure that your financial affairs are continuously monitored and that you will be regularly informed of various developments.
